| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨金钱草治疗泌尿系结石的研究进展。方法：收集、归纳、整理、分析古文献和近年来金钱草治疗泌尿系结石的研究状况。结果：金钱草以其显著的临床疗效，成为治疗泌尿系结石的首选药物；结论：目前在临床应用中，金钱草的常规剂量是15—30g，但也有医家采用大剂量的金钱草治疗泌尿系结石。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the progress of urinary stones treated with Herba Lysimachiae. Methods：The application of Herba Lysi- machiae in the treatment of urinarystones in ancient literature and recent researches was collected and analyzed. Results ： Herba Lysimachiae was the priority medicine for urinary stones with its remarkable clinical efficacy. Conclusion：At present in the clinical practice ,the conventional dosage of Herba Lysimachiae is 15 -30 g, but also many masters use heavy dose in the treatment of urinary stones. |
