胆囊切除术后综合征中医病机及辨证分型探讨

目的：探讨胆囊切除术后综合征（postcholecystectomy syndrome,PCS）的中医病因病机及辨证分型。方法：通过总结归纳、搜集整理文献、梳理等方法进行探讨。结果与结论：PCS证型主要包括肝郁气滞、肝胆湿热、气滞血瘀。治宜抓住PCS病机,治疗肝胆脾胃失调为关键,辨证论治,从整体出发,提高中医药治疗本病的临床疗效。
