摘    要:目的:研究艾滋病(AIDS)中医证素分布特点,探讨艾滋病的致病因素。方法:采用流行病学调查设计和现场问卷调查方法,选择艾滋病高发的河南省、新疆维吾尔族自治区、云南省和广东省各市、县、乡、村,随机抽样AIDS患者790例,并收集同地区非HIV/AIDS 390例作对照组,运用"WF文锋-Ⅲ中医辅助诊疗系统"软件诊断并统计分析。结果:两组调查对象基本情况基线一致,病位和病性证素对比都有统计学意义。结论:艾滋病患者在病性证素上表现为气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚和湿、痰、热等,在病位证素上以肾、肺、脾、肝等脏为主。

Abstract:Objective:To study TCM syndrome element distribution of AIDS and investigate the etiological factors of AIDS.Methods:To use epidemiological survey design and questionnaire method,choose the high incidence of AIDS in Henan Province,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Yunnan and Guangdong cities,counties,townships,villages,randomly select 790 cases of AIDS,and to collect the same region 390 cases for non-AIDS control group and use "WF Wen Feng-Ⅲ TCM clinics assisted system " diagnostic and statistical analysis software.Results:Baseline of the two groups showed the same basic situation;comparison of the disease location and nature of syndrome element had apparent statistical significance.Conclusion:The nature of disease in AIDS patients manifest as qi asthenia,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,yang deficiency and moist;phlegm,hot,etc.Locations of disease are kidney,lung,spleen,liver and other viscera.
