电针人迎穴治疗中风吞咽困难的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察电针双侧人迎穴治疗中风并发吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分两组,治疗组30例在治疗原发病的基础上采用吞咽康复训练加电针双侧人迎治疗;对照组30例在治疗原发病的基础上采用吞咽康复训练。治疗两个疗程后进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率73.3%,P〈0.01,评分差异有显著性,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:采用电针双侧人迎疗法治疗中风后吞咽困难效果满意,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture treatment of double Renying point for stroke compheated by dysphagia. Methods:30 patients in the treatment group were given swallowing rehabilitation training plus electroaeupuneture treatment of Renying on the basis of primary disease treatment ;30 patients in the control group were given rehabilitation training on the basis of primary disease treatment. After two courses of treatment, efficacy was compared. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% while the control group was 73.3 % ,P 〈 0.01 with significant differences in scores, so the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture of double Renying point has achieved satisfactory efficacy in treating dysphagia after stroke and should be introduced.
