浅析高血压的状态诊断与调控

目的：从状态医学角度指导高血压病状态诊断与调控。方法：根据系统科学的原理和中医的整体恒动观念,高血压病是机体系统调控后的状态。认为应对患者进行具体的状态判断,尽可能地分析其高血压形成的关键机制,通过消除引起机体进行反馈性血压调节的因素,而达到调控血压的目的。结果：状态诊断与调控的理念有利于高血压病的个体化治疗。对高血压病患者的状态评判内容至少应包括：心理（如焦虑）状态、神经（如交感神经亢奋）状态、内分泌（如肾素-血管紧张素系统异常激活）状态、代谢（如高钠盐摄入、胰岛素抵抗）状态、血管（如内皮细胞功能受损）状态、血流变（如高血粘滞度）状态以及中医之虚（如肝肾亏虚）、实（如肝阳上亢）、痰（痰湿内阻）、瘀（瘀血阻滞）状态等。结论：状态诊断与调控的理念可指导血压的合理调控。
