| 摘 要： | 目的：观察利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法：78例病例随机分为两组，每组39例。治疗组采用利咽汤治疗，对照组采用金嗓子喉宝含化治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为92．3l％，对照组有效率为69．23％，两组病例治疗后有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Li yan Decoction on treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods ：78 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （39 cases）which treated in Li yan Decoction and control group （39 cases）which treated in Golden Throat Lozenge. Results：The total Effective power was 92.31% in the treatment group and 69.23% in the control group. Two groups of patients after total effective rate was significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Treatment of chronic pharyngitis pharynx effect is significant, clinical applications should be vigorously promoted. |
