王立忠教授治疗肺系疾病的临床经验

目的：总结王立忠教授治疗肺系疾病的临床经验。方法：将支气管炎辨证分型论治。结果：风寒袭肺型：治以解表散寒、宣肺止咳;风热犯肺型：治以疏风清热、肃肺止咳;风燥伤肺型：治以滋阴润肺、化痰止咳;风寒束表型：治以解表散寒、温肺化饮;肺脾肾虚型：治以补肺脾肾、止咳定喘。咽源性咳嗽治以疏风润燥、清热利咽之法;支气管扩张治以清肝泻肺、祛痰止血之法;肺炎初期之治宣肺清热、止咳化痰定喘;中期之治养阴清热、润肺化痰。结论：王立忠教授治疗肺系疾病经验,对临床具有一定的指导意义。

Clinical Experiences of Professor Wang Lizhong in Treating Lung Diseases

Objective：To summarize the clinical experiences of Professor Wang Lizhong in treating lung diseases.Methods：Bronchitis was treated based on the syndrome differentiation.Results：For the type of Wind-cold pathogens attacking the lung,the treatment was to relieve the superficial and expel the cold,ventilate the lung and arrest cough;for the type of Wind-heat pathogens attacking the lung,to dispel the wind-heat and astringe the lung to stop cough;for the type of win-dryness damaging the lung,to nourish yin and moisturize the lung,dissolve the phlegm to stop cough;for the type of wind-cold invading the superficial,to relieve the superficial and expel the cold,warm the lung to resolve the fluid;for the type of lung,spleen and kidney deficiency,to tonify the lung,spleen and kidney,stop the cough and arrest the asthma.Pharyngeal cough should adopt the method of expelling the wind to moisturize the dryness,clearing heat and relieving sore throat;bronchodilator should be treated with the method of clearing the liver and purgating the lung,expelling the sputum and arresting hemorrhage;the early-stage pneumonia should be treated with the method of ventilating the lung and clearing the heat,resolving phlegm and arresting the cough and asthma;the middle-stage pneumonia should be treated with the method of nourishing yin and clearing the heat,moisturizing the lung and resolving phlegm.Conclusion：Professor Wang Lizhong＇s experiences in treating lung disease are significant in guiding clinical practice.
