中西医结合治疗原发性高血压临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：治疗组采用自拟调脂降压汤结合西药治疗，对照组单用西药治疗。疗效评价以降压效果和临床症状改善为标准。结果：治疗组降压效果高于对照组，二组降压效果相比，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。症状改善方面，治疗组30例中，显效13例，有效15例，无效2例，有效率93．3％；对照组30例中，显效12例，有效8例，无效10例，有效率66．7％。结论：中西药合用治疗高血压，药性平和，作用持久，降压幅度适中，常服未发现不良反应。

Clinical Study of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Primary Hypertension

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating hyperten sion. Methods：Treatment group was taken tiaozhijiangya soup combined with western medicine;the control group was with western medicine therapy only. Efficacy evaluation was regarded hypotensive effect and clinical symptoms improved as standard. Results ： Compare1 with control group, treatment group has good effect, hypotensive effect was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 30 cases improved in thl treatment group;13 cases markedly effective ; 15 cases effective,2 cases invalid, efficient rate was 93.3 % ;In the control group, 12 caset markedly effective, 8 cases effective, invalid 10 cases, efficient rate was 66.7%. Conclusion ： Treatment of integrated chinese and westen medicine in treating hypertension has little adverse reactions and effect for good.
