白头翁汤治疗热痢

目的：探讨白头翁汤治疗热痢的临床疗效。方法：对白头翁汤的组方以及热痢的病因、病机、辩证施治等方面进行研究。结果与结论：白头翁汤出自张仲景的《伤寒论》，医圣在《伤寒论·辨厥阴病脉症并治篇》的第371条中说：“热利下重者，白头翁主之”。临床运用中药白头翁汤治疗热性痢疾，见效快，不伤胃，疗效显著。

Study on Baitouweng Decoction in Treating Dysentery of Heat Type

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baitouweng Decoction in treating dysentery of heat type. Methods ： The composition of Baitouweng Decoction as well as the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of dysentery of heat type were studied. Results and Conclusion ： Baitouweng Decoction comes from Shanghan Lun. Medical saint, Zhang Zhongjing pointed out that Baitouweng Decoction is good at treating dysentery of heat type with tenesmus in the 371 item in the Chapter of Jue Yin disease differentiation with combined treatment of pulse syndrome in Shanghan Lun. Clinical application of Baitouweng Decoction to treat dysentery of heat type is quick to take effect which has good efficacy and no harm to the stomach.
