慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期虚证中医药治疗进展

目的：综述近10年中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）虚证研究进展。方法：通过检索近10年文献对COPD稳定期虚证的病因病机、辨证分型和治疗进行归纳总结。结果：COPD稳定期虚证以气虚、阴虚、阳虚等为主,多表现为肺、脾、肾气虚,主要证候有肺脾气虚证、肺肾气虚证、肺肾气阴两虚证等,其治疗多由补肺健脾益肾着手。结论：中医药治疗COPD稳定期虚证疗效显著。

The Curative Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Asthenia Syndrome of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Phase

Objective： To overview the advances in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of deficiency syndromes in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） of the past decade.Methods： Searching the literature in COPD deficiency syndrome in recent 10 years,and studied the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results： In stable COPD,it charactered by Qi Deficiency,yin Deficiency,yang Deficiency,and etc,and performanced for the lung qi deficiency,spleen qi deficiency and kidney qi deficiency.The main syndromes were lung-spleen Qi deficiency,lung-kidney qi deficiency,lung-kidney Qi-yin Deficiency and etc.The treatments always start from the lungs,the spleen and the kidney.Conclusion： Chinese medicine treatments of deficiency syndromes in stable COPD have significant effect.
