| 摘 要： | 目的：改进加味泻白颗粒中菝契皂苷元的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱进行鉴别分析。结果：改进了菝契皂苷元的薄层色谱鉴别方法。结论：薄层色谱鉴别方法快速简便、稳定,专属性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To improve the TLC（thin-layer chromatography） identification method of Sarsasapogenin in Jiawei Xiebai Particles.Methods：TLC for identification analysis was used.Results：TLC（thin-layer chromatography） identification method of Sarsasapogenin was improved.Conclusion：The TLC method is simple,stable and specifically good. |
