肾炎方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

目的：观察自拟肾炎方对慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗效果,来探讨其作用机制,为慢性肾小球肾炎的中药临床治疗提供理论依据。方法：将86例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服肾炎方,治疗56 d后对两组临床治疗效果进行比较,并观察治疗前后两组尿常规、肾功能及血清转化生长因子（TGF-β1）、血浆血管内皮血管因子（VEGF）、血清免疫球蛋白（Ig）及补体3（C3）水平的变化。结果：治疗组有效率95.3%,对照组有效率81.3%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;两组均能显著降低尿红细胞、尿蛋白水平,改善肾功能,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,两组均能显著降低血清TGF-β1、VEGF、IgA,提高IgG、IgM、C3水平,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：肾炎方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效确切,且毒副作用小。

Clinical Study of Formula for Treating Nephritis in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective：To observe the mechanism of Formula for treating nephritis through the observation of its curative effects on chronic glomerulonephritis,thus providing a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods：86 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly average divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was given the additional Formula for treating nephritis based on,the medication given to the control group.After 8 weeks＇ treatment,the clinical curative effects in both groups were compared,and observe the changes of urine routine,renal function and serum transforming growth factor（TGF-β1）,plasma vascular endothelial factor（VEGF）,serum immunoglobulin（Ig） and complement3（C3） before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.3% and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.3% with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;both groups can significantly reduce red blood cell of the urine and urine protein levels,improve renal function and the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Both groups could significantly reduce the levels of serum TGF-β1,VEGF,IgA,increased IgG,IgM,C3,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.
