补肾壮骨止痛汤联合封闭治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

目的：观察补肾壮骨止痛汤联合封闭治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：60例膝骨性关节炎患者,按就诊顺序编号用随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组采用补肾壮骨止痛汤联合封闭治疗,补肾壮骨止痛汤每日1付,水煎服;封闭1次/7 d,共7次。对照组单纯采用封闭治疗。84 d后统计疗效。结果：两组疗效比较：对照组平均秩次为26.53,治疗组平均秩次为34.47。Mann-Whitney U统计量为331.0,Wilcoxon W统计为796.0,Z检验统计量为Z=-1.971,P=0.039（双侧）,两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组;有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组70.0%,两组比较：χ2=5.455,ν=1,P=0.020,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论：补肾壮骨止痛汤联合封闭治疗膝骨性关节炎起效快,维持时间长,副作用少,明显优于对照组,临床疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction Combined with Sealing Treatment

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects on treating knee osteoarthritis with Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction combined with sealing treatment.Methods：According to visiting sequence and the random number table,60 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction（decocted in water）,1 Formula a day,which was combined with sealing treatment once a week,for seven times.The control group was treated with simple sealing treatment.The statistical results were made after 12 weeks.Results：Comparison was made between the two groups.The mean rank of control group and treatment group were 26.53,34.47 respectively.The statistic of Mann-Whitney U was 331.0,Wilcoxon W 796.0,Z=-1.971,P=0.039（two-sided test）.There was a remarkable curative effect difference between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment group showed 93.3% of effective rate and control group showed 70.0%.Comparing these two groups,it showed evident difference for χ2= 5.455,ν=1,P=0.020.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion：Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction combined with sealing treatment for knee osteoarthritis is of quick,long-lasting effect,with little side-effect.The curative effects in the treatment group are significant and the clinical efficacy is definite.
