胃食管反流病辨证分型论治临床探讨

目的：探析胃食管反流病虚实辨证分型论治经验。方法：查阅胃食管反流病相关文献,结合大量的临床病例资料,总结周斌副主任医师治疗胃食管反流病的临床经验。结果：胃食管反流病中医病机为胃失和降、胃气上逆。根据多年临床经验,采用辨证与辨症相结合,将本病分为肝郁脾虚和肝胃不和虚实两种证型,并针对证型辨证论治,取得良好疗效。结论：遵循中医辨证的客观化和简易化原则,将胃食管返流病分为虚实两大类型,不仅使临床诊断治疗简洁方便,使科研病证分型清晰,更具有显著的临床疗效。

Cinical Study of Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease Based on Differentiation of Syndromes

Objective： To discuss and analyze the TCM treatment Experience of gastro-esophageal reflux disease based on differentiation of syndromes： deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome.Methods： The Clinical experience of Zhou Bin,the Deputy chief physician,is summarized by Great deal of clinical data and related medical literature.Results： The pathogenesis of this disease in Chinese medicine is stomach-QI being unable to descend normally and adverse rising of gastric QI.Following the principles of combination of differentiation of syndromes and diseases,the deputy chief physician divides this disease into deficiency and excess syndromes based on years of clinical experience.The deficiency syndrome is stagnation of liver-QI and deficiency in spleen;the excess syndrome is disharmony between liver and stomach.Conclusion： The determination of treatment based on differentiation of syndromes of GRED： deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome,conforming the Chinese dialectical principles of objectivity and facilitation.It＇s not only a clear scientific classification of disease and syndrome,facilitates the clinical diagnosis and treatment,but also has significant clinical effect,which should be further researched and popularized.
