乙肝病毒诱发男性不育症患者精液精细胞核异常分析

目的对推测由于乙肝病毒诱发男性不症患者精液精细胞核异常进行分析,探讨核异常分析应用于人类生殖细胞研究的可行性。方法对5例乙肝不育症患者的精液细胞进行分析,并以12例未患过乙肝的不育症患者作为对照。结果患乙型肝炎组的精细胞核异常率、核碎解率、其它核异常率明显高于不患乙肝组(P<0.01);而精细胞微核率,核空泡率及核桥率,两组间无显著差异。精液量、精子密度、果糖含量、精子活率和畸形精子,在两组间亦无显著差异。结论核异常分析法可用于乙型肝病毒诱发男性不育症患者精液精细胞核异常研究。

Analysis of Abnormal Nucleus of Semen in Male Sterility Caused by HBV

Objective Nuclear anomaly analysis was introduced in the study on the human being reproductive cells first and the abnormal nucleus of semen in male sterility caused by hepatitis(HBV) was analyzed.Methods Sperm cells were analyzed in five cases with sterility(experiment group) caused by hepatitis B and 12 casess with sterility and without hepatitis B(control group).Results The rate of abnormal nucleus,the rate of nucleus fragmentation and the rate of other abnormal nucleus were much higher in the experiment group than that in the control group(P<0.01);while there was no statistical difference in the rate of micronucleus,the rate of nucleus vesicle and bridge formation.There was no significant differences in volume of semen,sperm density,fructose in semen,the rate of living and abnormal sperms between two group.Conclusions The analysis of abnormal nucleus could be used in the study on the abnormal nucleus of sperms in male sterility caused by HBV.
