康复治疗结合面肌运动训练治疗特发性面神经麻痹

目的:观察康复治疗结合面肌运动训练治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:73例特发性面神经麻痹患者分为A组35例和B组38例,均给以常规药物、理疗和针刺治疗。A组同时结合面肌运动训练。结果:治疗21d后,Sunnybrook神经功能评分2组均较治疗前明显提高(P0.01);2组间比较,A组提高幅度高于B组(P0.05)。临床疗效比较,A组痊愈显效率明显高于B组(65.8%与51.4%,P0.05)。结论:康复结合面肌运动训练对特发性面神经麻痹患者面肌运动功能的提高有显著促进作用。

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Facial Muscle Movement on Functional Recovery of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis

Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with facial muscle movement training on functional recovery of idiopathic facial paralysis.Method：Seventy-three patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly assigned to rehabilitation therapy group（n=35）and rehabilitation therapy combined with facial muscle movement training group（n=38）.Ultrashort wave and acupuncture were given to patients in the former group.Patients in the latter group were treated with facial muscle movement training in addition to rehabilitation therapy.Assessment was measured before and 21 days after treatment with Sunnybrook Facial Nerve Grading System.Results：After treatment for 21 days,the neurological assessment of Sunnybrook Facial Nerve Grading System in two groups revealed improvement,and there was significant difference before and after treatment.The grade of facial nerve of patients in rehabilitation therapy combined with facial muscle movement training group was significantly superior to that in rehabilitation therapy group.Conclusion：Rehabilitation therapy combined with facial muscle movement training can relieve symptoms and promote functional recovery of idiopathic facial paralysis.
