| 摘 要： | 目的：研究分析老年人TT病毒（TTV）感染情况和基因序列变化。方法：用聚合酶链反应（PCR）对98例老年人非甲-庚型肝炎患进行血清TTVDNA检测，并对其中2例进行TTVDNA部分基因核苷酸序列测定。结果：98例非甲-庚型肝炎中43例（43.9％）TTVDNA阳性，对其中2株TTV部分基因克隆测序后，与日本株相比，其核苷酸序列的同源性为98％。结论：本研究提示TTV存在非血源性的感染途径，TTV感染可能是老年人非甲-庚型肝炎的病因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the TTV infection rate in the elderly and the mutation of partial TTV-DNA sequences. Methods TTV-DNA were detected in 102 elderly non A-G hepatitis by nested-PCR.The partial genes of TTV-DNA fragments amplitied from two non A-G hepatitis were analyzed and then compared with gene from Japan strain. Results TTVDNA was positive in 43 of 98 patients (43.9%) with non A-G hepatitis.partial gene of two TTV isolate was cloned,sequenced and compared with Known sequences of TTV isolates reported with Japan strain.The nucleotide homology were 98%. Conclusion The results of this study confirmed non transfusion transmitted.TTV infection may be the important cause of non A-G hepatitis in elderly patients. |
