氯沙坦不同剂量治疗糖尿病肾病疗效比较

目的：探讨不同剂量的氯沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法：将120例糖尿病肾病患者随机均分为3组．严格糖尿病综合治疗后，分别给予A组用氯沙坦25mg／（次·天），B组用50mg／（次·天）和C组用100mg／（次·天）的剂量，治疗8周后，测定3组患者血肌酐（SCr）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、内生肌酐清除率（CCr）和血脂等。结果：3组治疗后UAER、TC和TG较治疗前显著减低（P〈0．05）：B组和A组，C组与A组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05），B组与C组比较差异无显著性。三组SCr治疗前后差异无显著性。治疗组CCr治疗前后差异有显著性（P〈0．05），但C组与A组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：氯沙坦对糖尿病肾病临床期应用较安全、有效、耐受性好。无明显不良反应。

Effect of different doses of losartan on treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective：To explore the effects of different doses of losartan on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 120 cases of diabetic kidney were randomly divided into three groups for strict diabetes treatment.Group A,B and C were given losartan in a dose of 25,50,100 mg/（time, d） respectively.After 8-week treatment, serum creatinine （SCr）, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, creatinine clearance rate（CCr） and lipids were detected in three groups.Results：After treatment, UAER,TC and TG were reduced significantly in the three groups（P〈0.05）;between group B and A,group C and A the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; However,group B and C had no statistically significant difference. SCr in three groups before and after treatment had no statistical difference. The level of CCr had statistical differences before and after treatment （P〈0.05）, but group C and A had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Losartan is safe, effective and well tolerated with no significant adverse reactions for treating diabetic nephropathy.
