中心静脉导管在恶性浆膜腔积液中的应用（附43例报告）

目的 应用中心静脉导管对恶性浆膜腔积液的置管，探索其在诊断治疗上的价值。方法 通过经皮穿刺置管，抽取积液常规检验及细胞学检查；间断排净积液后分次注入药物。结果 胸腔、腹腔及心包共穿刺４７针次，全部置管一次成功，通过积液细胞学检查为６例患者明确了诊断；导管平均留置时间４２天，无积液感染及并发症。结论 中心静脉导管在恶性浆膜腔积液中置管及使用均安全方便，有良好的推广应用价值。

Application of Central Venous Catheter in the Treatment of Malignant Fluid in Serous Membrane Cavities(the reports of 43 cases)

Purpose:To search the value of central venous catheter in the diagnosis and treatment which was placed in serous membrane cavity for the treatment of malignant fluid.Methods:The fluid drown from thoracic cavity,abdominal cavity and pericardium by subcutaneous puncture and placing catheter was made the routine examination and cytologic examination after entirely excluding the fluid,the drugs was injected into the cavity.Results:The punctures were successfully performed in a total of 47 times in thoracic cavity,abdominal cavity and pericardium.The diagnosis of 6 cases was confirmed by the cytologic examination of the fluid.The catheters were placed for 42 days on average.No infections and complications of the fluid.Conclusions:Central venous catheter was placed safely and conveniently in the puncture of thoracic cavity,abdominal cavity and pericardium.The technique was worthy to be widely used.
