后囊抛光术治疗后发性白内障疗效观察

目的 探讨后囊抛光术治疗后发性白内障的疗效及并发症.方法 回顾性分析了132只眼用后囊抛光手术去除后囊膜混浊且后囊膜完整的病例,并记录了视力、眼压的变化和并发症的发生情况.结果 所有病例都成功去除后囊膜混浊且后囊膜完整,视力提高,裸眼平均视力由术前0.2,增加到术后0.5,平均矫正视力达到0.7,无一例出现人工晶状体损伤、移位及脱位;23例眼压出现-过性升高;随访中未发现1例视网膜脱离.结论 后囊抛光手术去除后囊膜混浊效果稳定、眼底并发症少,也可以作为治疗后发性白内障的一种选择.

Abstract：

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and complications of posterior capsule polishing surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyzed posterior capsule polishing surgery effects of visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications in 132 patients (132eyes). Results All cases were followed up 6 to 36 months. In all patients posterior capsule clear and the visual acuities were improved postoperatively. The average naked visual acuity improved from 0.2 preoperatively to 0.5 postoperatively and corrected acuity was 0.7. Occuration and decentration of intraocular lens and retina detachment were not found. Intraocular pressure of 23 eyes increased for a short time. Conclusions Postenor capsule polishing surgery is effective, and has less complications of posterior eye segment.
