家属健康教育对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨对乳腺癌患者及家属同步实施健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响。方法:将60例乳腺癌患者按首次住院先后顺序分为观察组(单号)和对照组(双号)各30例,对照组在常规治疗的同时进行健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育。采用乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)分别于术前2 d及术后1年对两组患者生活质量进行评分比较。结果:两组术前与术后生活质量评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对乳腺癌患者同步实施家属健康教育可提高乳腺癌患者术后生活质量。
