ICARE回弹式眼压计在婴幼儿青光眼的临床应用

目的 探讨ICARE回弹式眼压计在婴幼儿青光眼患者的适用性及准确性.方法 青光眼患儿11例(22只眼),其中婴幼儿型青光眼8例(16只眼),青光眼伴其它眼部发育异常3例(6只眼),年龄2.7～19.8个月,平均7.3个月.使用ICARE回弹式眼压计及Schiotz压陷式眼压计进行眼压测量.配对t检验比较两种眼压计之间的差异.结果 所有患儿都可在非用药状态下使用ICARE眼压计测量眼压,Schiotz眼压计须在患儿用药后深睡眠状态下测量眼压,共获得34对可靠数值.ICARE眼压计和Schiotz眼压计的测量值分别为(13.95±10.69)mm Hg和(14.60±10.78)mm Hg(平均值±标准差),二者间的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 ICARE回弹式眼压计是适合于婴幼儿青光眼患者眼压检查的眼压计,其测量结果 与Schiotz压陷式眼压计测量结果 相似.

Abstract：

Objective To investigate the applicability and accuracy of ICARE rebound tonometer in glaucomatous infants and young children. Methods Eleven cases (22 eyes) of glaucomatous children were involved, including 8 cases (16 eyes) of infantile glaucoma and 3 cases (6 eyes) of glaucoma accompanying other maldevelopment, aged 2.7～19.8 months old. ICARE tonometer and Schiotz tonometer were used to measure intraocular pressure (IOP) of the patients. The measurements were compared used pared student-t test. Results Thirty-four pairs of reliable data were obtained. The values of ICARE and Schiotz tonometer were 13.95t 10.69mmHg and 14.60t 10.78mmHg (averaget SD),respectively. The difference had no statistic signification (P >0.05). Conclusions ICARE Rebound tonometer is suitable to glaucomous infants and young children to measure IOP. The measurements are comparable with those of Schiotz tonometer.
