| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人文关怀护理在全麻剖宫产手术中的效果.方法:将60例足月产妇随机分为A组(人文关怀护理)和B组(常规护理)各30例,分别记录产妇术前的焦虑评分、血压(BP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、新生儿皮肤受损率及术后对护理工作的满意度评分.结果:A组产妇术前的焦虑评分、BP、HR、RR及满意度评分均优于B组(P<0.05).结论:人文关怀护理用于全麻剖宫产手术,可缓解产妇心理的紧张、焦虑程度,是一种有效的护理模式.
