| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对老年肺癌患者实施术前护理干预的效果.方法:将52例老年肺癌住院患者随机分为干预组和对照组各26例,干预组采用心理护理、戒烟、有效咳嗽、雾化吸入、呼吸功能锻炼、环境和营养支持方面的护理,对照组采用常规护理.结果:对两组实施术前护理干预后,干预组胸腔引流管留置时间短于对照组,且干预组肺癌患者术后平均住院时间短于对照组(P＜0.01);干预组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);干预组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:对老年肺癌患者术前应用系统的护理干预措施,可降低肺部并发症的发生率,提高患者及家属的满意度.
