| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Orem自理模式在回肠膀胱术后患者护理中的应用效果.方法:将58例回肠膀胱术后患者分为观察组30例和对照组28例,对照组给予常规术后护理,观察组在此基础上应用Orem自理模式实施护理.观察并记录两组患者术后肛门排气时间、开始下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况.结果:观察组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:回肠膀胱术后护理应用Orem自理模式有利于患者早日康复.
