| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理操作细节规范化对神经内科院内感染的影响。方法:将899例患者按住院单双日分组,单日收治的429例患者为对照组,双日收治的470例患者为观察组,对照组按照一般护理常规进行,观察组实施强化综合护理干预。结果:对照组院内感染率为14.9%,观察组院内感染率为9.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理操作细节规范化并做最终监测能有效地控制院内感染的发生率,提高护理操作效率。
