| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童肠镜检查的实用价值及其临床意义。方法使用日本OlympusP240电子结肠镜对106例患儿进行肠镜检查，根据患儿临床症状和依从性选择肠道准备方法，术中发现息肉即于镜下行电凝电切术切除。对106例患儿的临床及肠镜检查资料进行整理及回顾性分析。结果106例结肠镜检查中，无1例出现并发症；镜检全结肠未见异常25例，发现病变81例，明确诊断率为76．42％。42例患儿存在大肠息肉，给予电凝点切及氩离子凝固治疗，均未发生出血、穿孔等并发症；息肉病理检查结果：潴留性息肉28例，占66．67％；炎性息肉11例，占26．19％；错构瘤1例，占2．38％；腺瘤2例，占4．76％。结论大肠息肉是小儿下消化道出血的重要原因，多见于婴幼儿和学龄前儿童。小儿肠镜检查及息肉电切治疗安全有效、诊断率高，具有重要的临床价值。
