小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术200例效果观察

目的：探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入手术方法与临床效果。方法：对200例（226眼）白内障患者进行囊外摘除和人工晶体植入术,并对术后视力和角膜曲率等进行分析。结果：术后一周,患者视力≥1.0者18眼（8.0%）,≥0.5者156眼（69.0%）,≥0.1者35眼（15.5%）,0.1以下者17眼（7.5%）;角膜散光屈光度为（1.55±0.48）D;无严重并发症发生。结论：采用小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗白内障疗效可靠,手术快捷,对组织损伤小,值得推广。

Observing the Effect of Extracapsular Extraction and Artificial Lens Implantation with Small Incision on 200 Patients

Objective：To investigate the effect of small incision extracapsular extraction and artificial lens implantation on cataract patients.Method：200 cases（226 eyes） with cataract were treated by small incision extracapsular extraction and artificial lens implantation.The visual acuity and corneal refractivity were examined in postoperative period.Result：One week after the operation,the visual of 18 eyes（8.0%） was1.0 or better,156 eyes（69.0%） ≥ 0.5 and 35 eyes（15.5%） ≥ 0.1.Only 17 eyes（7.5%）,the visual was under 0.1.The average of corneal refractivity of all 226 eyes was（1.55 ± 0.48） D.None of the cases developed complication.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of small incision extracapsular extraction and artificial lens implantation is satisfactory and safety,It is worth applying.
