| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腔积液中脑钠肽(BNP)和血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的水平对鉴别诊断结核性、恶性胸腔积液的临床价值。方法:选择结核性胸腔积液患者26例、恶性胸腔积液患者30例,分别取患者胸腔积液5 ml送检,采用ELISA法测定胸腔积液中BNP水平,用比色分析法检测胸腔积液ADA含量,并对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果:恶性胸腔积液中BNP水平明显高于结核性组,ADA水平明显低于结核性组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。BNP与ADA在同一性质胸腔积液中的检测结果呈负相关性。结论:胸腔积液中BNP、ADA水平的测定有助于结核性及恶性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断,两者联合进行诊断的意义有待于进一步研究。
