| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后出现谵妄的危险因素和处理方法.方法:总结我院769例BPH患者行TURP术的临床资料,结合文献分析TURP术后发生谵妄的危险因素和诊治方法.结果:769例患者TURP术后出现谵妄10例,均为60岁以上患者,其中60 ～ 70岁3例,70 ～ 80岁5例,80岁以上2例,发生率分别为0.76%、1.90%和7.14%.1例伴有睡眠障碍的轻症患者给予安定肌注治愈,其余9例给予氟哌啶醇5 mg肌肉注射,谵妄症状分别在用药后8 ～ 24 h明显缓解或消失.结论:高龄是TURP术后发生谵妄的重要危险因素,随着年龄的增长,TURP术后谵妄发生率升高,老年BPH患者TURP术后谵妄药物治疗首选氟哌啶醇.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors and the treatment of postoperative delirium in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) patients receiving transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) .
