| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对青少年抑郁症患者及父母进行同步护理干预的效果。方法:将96例青少年抑郁症患者及192位患者父母随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组(包括49例患者和98位患者父母)接受针对性护理干预,对照组(包括47例患者和94位患者父母)仅接受一般护理措施,共计12周。在干预前和干预后分别采用自编的调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行测评。结果:与干预前比较,两组患者和父母干预后的SAS、SDS评分显著降低(P<0.05),且研究组患者和父母干预后的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组患者和父母的得分(P<0.05)。结论:青少年抑郁症患者的父母也存在明显的焦虑和抑郁情绪,对青少年抑郁症患者及父母同步进行护理干预可有效改善两者的焦虑、抑郁症状。
