腹部皮瓣修复手部组织缺损的疗效观察

目的观察、总结应用腹部皮瓣修复手部组织缺损的临床效果。方法对2009年1月-2012年12月收治的30例手部组织缺损患者创面应用腹部皮瓣转移术修复,供皮区创面直接缝合或移植皮片封闭,观察术后皮瓣存活情况,随访患者手部功能及外观恢复情况。结果 30例患者术后皮瓣均存活良好,无血管危象及切口感染发生,手部外观及功能恢复良好;供皮区外观恢复良好,功能未受影响。结论根据手部组织缺损情况,选择适宜的腹部皮瓣修复,能最大限度地恢复患者手部外观和功能,获得良好的预期效果。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Using Abdominal Skin Flaps to Repair Tissue Defects of Hands

Objective To observe and summarize curative effects of abdominal skin flaps for repairing hand tissue defects. Methods Thirty cases of patients with hand tissue defects received between January 2009 and December 2012 were treated by transplant of abdominal skin flaps. The wounds of donor sites were directly sutured or closed by skin flap transplantation, post operative survival of skin flaps were observed, function and appearance recovery of involved hands was followed up. Results Transplanted skin flaps of 30 patients all survived well without occurrence of vascular crisis and incision infection, and function and appearance of the hands recovered well too; Appearance of donor sites recovered well without any influence on function. Conclusion According to the situation of hand tissue defect, selecting appropriate abdominal skin flap for repair can get good anticipated effect by maximumly recovering the function and appearance of the hand.
