自制穿刺针及细导管治疗自发性气胸的护理

目的：探讨自制穿刺针及细导管治疗自发性气胸的护理。方法：对24例应用自制穿刺针及细导管治疗自发性气胸患者,术前做好个性化的心理护理,术后加强引流管的护理、穿刺点的保护及预防感染。结果：24例患者仅1例脱管需要重新置管,23例治愈出院,1例未愈转外科治疗后治愈出院。结论：自制穿刺针及细导管治疗自发性气胸可以避免反复穿刺造成的胸膜多处损伤、出血以及医源性感染,同时也减少了因反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦。规范而周密的护理干预是置管有效引流及预防并发症的重要保证措施。

Nursing of treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax with self-made puncture needle and fine catheter

Objective：To investigate the homemade needles and fine catheter treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods：24 cases of application and fine needle homemade treating spontaneous pneumothorax,catheter to the psychological nursing preoperative personalized,strengthen the drainage tube of nursing,puncture point of protection and prevention of infection.Results：24 patients with only 1 cases were needed to buy tube,23 cases were cured,1 case was not turn after surgical treatment of the hospital.Conclusion：The homemade needles and fine catheter treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax can avoid the repeated biopsy in more damage caused by pleural,bleeding and iatrogenic infection,also reduce repeated puncture patients suffering.Standard and careful nursing intervention and effective drainage tube is the important guarantee measures to prevent complications.
