注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经挫伤的疗效观察

目的：观察注射用鼠神经生长因子对视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法：选择的46例（46眼）视神经挫伤患者，并将其随机分成治疗纽23例（23眼），对照纽23例（23眼）。治疗组在对照纽的基础上给予注射用鼠神经生长因子301xg肌肉注射，1次／d，疗程4周，部分病例6周。对照组给予大剂量激素冲击治疗及综合治疗。随访6个月～1年观察注射用鼠神经生长因子的疗效。结果：治疗组的有效率为78．26％，对照组的有效率为52．17％，两组比较差异有显著性（X2=6．757，P=0．034）。结论：注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经挫伤有显著疗效，可促进视功能的恢复。提高视力。

Effects of mice nerve growth factor for injection on optic nerve contusion

Objective：To assess the effects of mice nerve growth factor （NGF） on optic nerve contusion. Methods： Forty-six patients with unilateral optic nerve contusion were randomly assigned to receive high-dose corticosteroid plus integrated treatment （ treatment group, n = 23 ） or in combination with mice nerve growth factor intramuscular injection （30μg once daily for four weeks and in some cases 6 weeks） （control group, n = 23）. A follow-up period of between 6 months and a year was scheduled. Results： The effectiveness rate was considerably higher in treatment group than in control group （78.26% vs. 52.17% , X2 =6. 757, P =0. 034）. Conclusion： Mice nerve growth factor is effective for the treatmem of optic nerve contusion owing to its capacity of promoting functional recovery leading to increased visual accuracy.
