子宫内膜增生性病变中Bcl—2、ER、PR表达及相关性研究

目的：了解绝经过渡期功血患者子宫内膜病理学改变与Bcl-2、雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）的相关性，方法：采用免疫组化法检测子宫膜细胞的Bcl-2、ER、PR的表达。结果：增生性宫内膜Bcl-2、ER、PR水平与增生期之间无统计学差异。分泌期、ER、PR水平低于增生和增生性和增殖期（P＜0．01），Bcl-2、ER、PR水平单纯增生＞复合增生＞不典型增生。结论：Bcl-2、ER、PR水平随着宫内膜的增生程度下降，以此监测病变的不良倾向有重要的临床意义。

Study on Expression and Correlation of Bcl-2, ER and PR in Endometrial Hyperplasia

To study the expression and correlation of Bcl-2, ER and PR in endometrial hyperplasia in perimenopausal women. Methods: The expressions of Bcl-2, ER and PR in endometrial cells were detected with an immunohistochemical method. Results: There were no significantly statistical differences of Bcl-2, ER and PR levels between endometrial hyperplasia and proliferative phase endometrium. The levels of Bcl-2, ER and PR in simple hyperplasia were higher than those in complex hyperplasia, and were lowest in atypical hyperplasia (P<0.01). Conclusion: When the degree of endometrial hyperplasia elevates, the levels of Bcl-2, ER and PR decline. It is an important indicator for monitoring pathologic changes.
