腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术17例报告

目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治手术的可行性、手术方法及应用价值。方法:回顾分析2004年9月至2005年7月腹腔镜辅助行结直肠癌根治手术17例的临床资料。结果:除2例中转开腹,余15例均在腹腔镜辅助下顺利完成手术,无手术死亡病例,无术后出血、吻合口漏,手术平均时间120m in,术中平均失血约100m l,术后肠功能恢复时间平均为48h,平均住院时间9d。结论:腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌手术具有患者创伤小、术后康复快等优点,可以取得与传统开腹手术同样的治疗效果。

Laparoscopically-assisted radical resection for colorectal carcinoma:a report of 17 cases

Objective:To explore the feasibility,method and clinical value of the laparoscopically-assisted radical resection for colorectal carcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of laparoscopically-assisted radical resection for 17 cases with colorectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The laparoscopically-assisted radical resection was performed in 15 cases successfully and 2 cases converted to laparotomy.No one died during operation.No anastomotic leakage and postoperative hemorrhage occurred.It took about 120 minutes to finish the operation and mean 48 hours to restore intestinal function.Intraoperative blood loss was 100ml.Hospitalization was 9 days.Conclusions:Laparoscopically-assisted radical resection for colorectal carcinoma posses less trauma and rapid postoperative recovery,and can reach the same therapeatic effect as traditional laparotomy.
