蛛网膜下腔注入小剂量吗啡用于分娩镇痛

目的 探讨小剂量吗啡注入蛛网膜睛腔用于分娩镇痛的效果与实用性，方法 蛛网膜下腔镇痛组（Ｓ组）与对照组（Ｃ组）各６０例初产妇，Ｓ组蛛网膜下腔注入吗啡０．８ｍｇ；观察两组产妇、新生儿情况、产痛、产程进展及产后并发症情况。结果 与对照组比较，镇痛组对新生儿、产程进展无影响（Ｐ〉０．０５），产痛明显减轻（Ｐ〈０．０１），但产后恶心、呕吐、瘙痒发生率增高（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 蛛网膜下腔注入小剂量吗啡行分娩

Efficacy of subarachnoid morphine for labor analgesia

Objective To study the efficacy of subarachnoid with morphine for labor pain reliefa. Methods Sixty labor women were studied into two groups; subarachnoid morphine group (S group) and control group (C group).In S group , 0 8 mg of morphine were infused into subarachnoid, While C group were no treated .The pain score (VAS), laboring process and newborns Apgar's score, complications were observed in two groups. Results There were no influence on labor stage, newborns Apgar's score and laboring process ( P >0.05). The labor pain during delivery were great reduced ( P <0.01). However, a higher incidence of nausea, vomiting and pruritus were found in S group.Conclusion The effect of subarachnoid morphine for labor analgesia could be confirmed. There were no influence on newborns and laboring process. The complications of neusea, vomiting and pruritus should be paid more attention to deal with.
