子宫内膜异位症203例临床分析

对本院1969年12月～1988年4月经手术及病理证实的203例子宫内膜异位症进行临床分析,对本病与不孕的关系、主要临床表现、误诊及漏诊进行理论探讨,着重阐明本病以手术治疗为主。根据年龄、生育要求、病变轻重,结合过去治疗情况、病情发展趋势,采用不同的术式,并说明三种术式的适应证及疗效。

Clinical Analysis of 203 Cases of Endometriosis

Two hundred and three cases of endometriosis comfirmed by surgery and pathological examinations were analysed. The clinical manifestation, age of incidence, its relation to infertility, and its misdiagnosis were discussed. Surgical operation was suggested to be the main approach to the treatment of the disease. Three different surgical procedures were employed according to the patients' age, child-bearing will, seriousness and tendency of the disorder. The indications for the three approaches and their effects were discussed.
