复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗儿童实体瘤

目的：在儿童晚期肿瘤患者中观察复方苦参注射液作为化疗辅助药物的疗效。方法：57例患者随机分为两组,即化疗加复方苦参注射液组（治疗组）29例,和单纯化疗组（对照组）28例,比较两组化疗相关消化和血液系统急性毒性的发生、外周血的恢复和疼痛症状的变化。结果：ⅡI、IV级消化和血液系统急性毒性的发生,治疗组为21%和41%,低于对照组的39%和57%。外周血ANC和plt恢复时间治疗组为11.3天和12.6天,短于对照组的13.9天和15.7天。结论：复方苦参注射液减轻化疗相关消化和血液系统急性毒性。

Efficacy of Chemotherapy Combined with Compound Matrine Injection for Solid Tumor in Children

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the efficacy of Compound Matrine Injection added to chemotherapy in the treatment of children with advanced tumor. METHODS： A total of 57 tumor patients were randomized to either treatment group （n=29） or control group （n=28）. The treatment group received chemotherapy combined with compound matrine injection,and the control group received chemotherapy alone. Acute toxicities in digestive and hemotologic systems associated with chemotherapy,the recovery of peripheral blood and the pain relieving in the two groups were assessed. RESULTS： The incidence rates of severe toxicities （grade ⅡI or IV） in digestive and hemotologic systems were 21% and 41% in treatment group,respectively,lower than in control group of 39% and 57%,respectively. It took less time for ANC （absolute neutrophil count） and platelets （plt） to recover to normal in treatment group （11.3 days vs. 12.6 days） than in control group （13.9 days vs. 15.7 days）. CONCLUSION： Compound matrine injection tends to reduce chemotherapy-related acute toxicities in digestive system and hematological system.
