2007—2009年口服降糖药应用分析

目的：分析解放军总医院口服降糖药的应用情况及变化趋势,为临床口服降糖药的合理使用提供参考。方法：调查我院2007—2009年口服降糖药的发药量和发生金额,采用药品用药频度（DDDs）排序分析方法计算药品DDDs和日用药金额。结果：2007—2009年我院口服降糖药用药平稳上升。结论：我院目前口服降糖药的DDDs同步性好,用药现状基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势,采购合理,疗效确切,深受临床医生和患者欢迎。

Utilization of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs During 2007-2009

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the status quo and the variation trend of the utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in PLA General Hospital to provide references for rational utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs.METHODS： The consumption quantity and consumption sum of oral antidiabetic drugs between 2007 and 2009 in our hospital were investigated,and the DDDs and daily consumption sum were computed by using the analytical method of DDDs rank.RESULTS： The consumption of oral antidiabetic drugs in the hospital during 2007-2009 showed a steady increase.CONCLUSION： The DDDs of oral antidiabetic drugs showed a good synchronism and the utilization status of which was in line the general trend of drug consumption in China.With reasonable purchase and proved efficacy,these oral antidiabetic drugs are warmly welcomed by clinicians and patients.
