麻醉药品临床应用分析

目的：分析泰州市人民医院2005—2009年麻醉药品使用情况及发展趋势。方法：采用金额排序法和频度分析法对我院2005—2009年麻醉药使用情况进行统计分析。结果：5年来,我院麻醉药品品种和消耗金额逐年增长,其占药品总费用比例不断上升。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液用量大,DDDs一直居首位;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼增长迅速。盐酸吗啡注射液和盐酸哌替啶注射液金额比呈下降趋势。在口服麻醉药中,硫酸吗啡缓释片DDDs最高。结论：麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但还需进一步加强用药管理,使其更趋安全、合理、有效。

Analysis on Clinical Application of Narcotics

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the status quo and the development trend of the utilization of narcotics in Taizhou People＇s Hospital from 2005 to 2009.METHODS： By ranking consumption sum and DDDs,the utilization data of narcotics in our hospital during the period 2005-2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： From 2005 to 2009,the number of drug varieties and consumption sum of narcotics were increasing year by year,and the proportion of which in the total in terms of consumption sum was also increasing.The consumption amount of Fentanyl Citrate Injection was great,which stably took the lead on the list of DDDs.The consumption of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection increased rapidly.The proportions of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection and Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection in terms of consumption sum were decreasing.With regard to DDDs,Morphine Sulfate Sustained Release Tables occupied the first place among all the oral narcotic drugs.CONCLUSION： The use of narcotics in our hospital was basically rational;however,it is necessary to tighten control on the use of which to achieve safe,rational and effective drug use.
