三金片辅助康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的：观察三金片辅助康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：将慢性盆腔炎患者200例随机分为2组,对照组100例给予康妇消炎栓直肠给药治疗,治疗组在康妇消炎栓直肠给药治疗的基础上,配合口服三金片。1个疗程为7d,共2～3个疗程。结果：治疗组的治愈率及总有效率分别为91.0%和98.0%,对照组分别为67.0%和91.0%。两组间比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：三金片辅助康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效好,值得推广使用。

Addition of Sanjin Tablets to Kangfu Antiinflammatory Suppository in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository added with Sanjin tablets for chronic pelvic inflammation.METHODS：200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups of 100 each：100 cases in control group were treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository per rectum,and the other 100 cases in the treatment group with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository per rectum plus Sanjin tablets.One course of treatment was defined as seven days.Every patient underwent two or three courses of treatment.RESULTS：The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly better in the treatment group （91.0% and 98.0% ,respectively） than in the control group （67.0% and 91.0% , respectively） （ P0.01 ）.CONCLUSION：Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository added with Sanjin tablet has remarkable efficacy for chronic pelvic inflammation, thus the combination therapy is worthy of clinical recommendation.
