| 摘 要： | 目的：评估卫生部北京医院口服降糖药的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2006--2009年口服降糖药的用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额、日用药金额（DDC）等数据进行统计、分析。结果：4年来我院口服降糖药销售金额持续增长。销售金额排序居第1位的始终是阿卡波糖，DDDs排序居前2位的始终是阿卡波糖和二甲双胍，销售金额序号与DDDs序号比值在0．4～2．75之间。结论：我院口服降糖药使用基本合理，其首选药是阿卡波糖。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug use. METHODS： The utilization of oral hypoglyeemic drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of its DDDs, consumption sum and daily drug cost （ DDC ） etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of oral hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year from 2006 to 2009, with Acarbose dominating the first place stably on the consumption list. The top two oral hypoglycemic drugs on DDDs list were Acarbose and Metformin. The ratios of consumption sum to DDDs ranged from 0.4 to 2.75. CONCLUSION： The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was rational basically, with Acarbose being the first choice. |
