抗糖尿病药临床应用分析

目的：通过对太仓市中医医院抗糖尿病药应用情况进行统计分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2008--2009年抗糖尿病药的用药数量、金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）进行统计分析。结果：2年来我院抗糖尿病药使用量不断增加，胰岛素及胰岛素类似物中的诺和灵30R笔芯销售金额连续2年排序居第1位，口服抗糖尿病药中格列齐特（达美康）、阿卡渡糖（拜唐苹）销售金额分列2008年、2009年的第l位，二甲双胍连续2年DDDs排序第1位。结论：我院抗糖尿病药种类齐全，应用基本合理。

Analysis on Clinical Utilization of Antidiabetic Drugs

OBJECTIVE ： To probe into the utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug use. METHODS ： A statistic analysis was performed on the utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 in respect of the consumption amount, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： The consumption amount of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital kept increasing over the two years. On the consumption sum list of the insulin and its analogues, Novolin 30 R Penfill dominated the first place over the two years. On the consumption sum list of all the oral antidiabetic drugs over the two years, Diamicron took the lead in 2008 and Acarbose in 2009. Metformin remained at the first place from 2008 to 2009 on the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION ： The antidiabetic drugs used in our hospital are complete in categories and basically rational in clinical use.
