| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院全胃肠外营养液（TPN）的使用情况,为临床合理使用TPN提供参考。方法：对我院2007年7月～2009年6月TPN处方进行统计分析。结果：近两年我院有425例患者使用TPN,共4438份,主要应用于肿瘤科、消化内科、心胸外科、普外科。结论：我院TPN的应用基本合理,但仍需进一步提高TPN合理应用的水平。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of total parenteral nutrition（TPN） in our hospital so as to provide references for its clinical rational use.METHODS：The clinical utilization of TPN in our hospital from June 2007 to July 2009 was analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Over the two years,TPN was used in a total of 425 patients who mainly came from ontological department,gastroenterological department,thoracic surgery department and surgical department.CONCLUSION：The utilization of TPN in our hospital was rational on the whole,but the rational use level of which remains to be improved further. |
