| 摘 要： | 目的：观察芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗恶性肿瘤合并骨转移所致骨痛的效果。方法：对40例骨转移瘤伴有中度以上疼痛的患者随机分成每贴4.2mg、每贴8.4mg两个治疗组,每组20例,观察其止痛疗效及毒副作用。结果：两治疗组止痛显效率分别为85%和90%,差异无显著性。结论：芬太尼贴剂对于中度及重度骨转移疼痛是一种有效的镇痛剂且毒副作用小。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To observe the analgesic effects of Fentanyl transdermal patches for patients with pain induced by osseous metastases. METHODS： A total of 40 patients suffered from moderate or severe bone pain caused by bone metastases were randomly assigned to either 4.2 mg/patch group or 8.4mg/patch group （n=20 each）. Analgesic response and toxic effect in the two groups were recorded. RESUTLS： There were no significant differences with regard to the response rate between the two groups. CONCLUSION： Fentanyl transdermal patches are proved to be safe and effective analgesics for patients with moderate or severe bone pain caused by bone metastases. |
