口服抗高血压药临床应用分析

目的：了解河北医科大学第三医院口服抗高血压药（化学药部分）的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2005—2009年口服抗高血压药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果：5年来,我院抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度增长迅速,钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）类药物用量排在首位,其次是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）类。价格适宜的普萘洛尔和复方利血平氨氯喋啶等药物DDDs值排序靠前。结论：我院抗高血压药应用结构基本合理。

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs During the Period of 2005-2009

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs（chemical drugs） in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational administration of this kind of drugs.METHODS：The utilization of antihypertensive drugs during 2005-2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of the drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs etc.RESULTS：Over the 5 years,the consumption sum and DDDs of the antihypertensive drugs in our hospital increased rapidly,leading the list on DDDs list was calcium-channel blocker followed by Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.The DDDs order of those typew with low prices such as inderal and Compound Hypotensive Tablets were also ranked at the front places.CONCLUSION：The utilization structure of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
