| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药学的发展方向。方法：通过回顾医院药学的发展历程，分析我国临床药学发展的现状，列举具体实例，论证临床药师在促进医院合理用药方面发挥的作用。结果：临床药师通过参与临床药物治疗、开展治疗药物监测、实施药品不良反应监测、提供用药咨询服务及建立静脉药物配制中心，促进了治疗药物的合理应用，减少了不良反应的发生。结论：全程化药学服务是临床药学发展的方向。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To explore the development direction of clinical pharmacy. METHODS： We demonstrated the role of clinical pharmacists in promoting hospital rational drug use by reviewing the development history of hospital pharmacy, analyzing of the status of the development of clinical pharmacy by citing specific examples. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists＇ participation in clinical drug treatment, therapeutic drug monitoring, ADR monitoring and drug counseling and the establishment of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service （PIVAS） contributed to rational use of therapeutic drugs and reduction of adverse drug events. CONCLUSION： Integrated pharmaceutical care is the development direction of clinical pharmacy. |
