2007—2009年长江流域6城市抗前列腺增生药应用分析

目的：分析2007—2009年长江流域6城市抗前列腺增生药应用状况。方法：应用金额排序法和用药频度排序法,对2007—2009年抗前列腺增生药的临床使用情况进行统计和分析。结果：2007—2009年6城市抗前列腺增生药用药总金额均有所增加,总计年均增长率为18.25%,其中重庆市年均增长率最高,为34.75%。单药金额排序及DDDs排序前4名基本一致,是非那雄胺、坦索罗辛、多沙唑嗪和前列泰。中成药排名逐年上升。结论：2007—2009年间长江流域6城市的抗良性前列腺增生药用量呈增长趋势;临床用药主要类型仍然是α1受体阻断剂、5α还原酶抑制剂和天然植物类药物,并趋于联合用药;中成药用量增长。

Utilization of Drugs Against Prostatic Hyperplasia from 2007 to 2009 in 6 Cities along Yangtze River

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the utilization of the drugs against prostatic hyperplasia from 2007 to 2009 in 6 cities along Yangzi River.METHORDS： The utilization of the drugs against prostatic hyperplasia from 2007 to 2009 in 6 cities along Yangzi River was analyzed statistically by ranking consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS： The total consumption sum of the drugs against prostatic hyperplasia in 6 cities all increased to some extent with an average annual growth rate of 18.25%,leading the list was Chongqing city with an average annual growth rate of 34.75%.In all the 6 cities,finasteride,tamsulosin,doxazosin and Qianlietai took the first four places on the lists of consumption sum and DDDs,and the ranking of traditional Chinese medicines has been moving forward year after year.CONCLUSION： The use of the drugs against prostatic hyperplasia shows an increase trend in all 6 cities along Yangzi River,predominantly α1 receptor blocking pharmacon,5-α reductase inhibitors and natural herbal medicines,moreover,the drugs are often used in combination and the consumption of Chinese patent drugs is increasing.
