2006-2009年中药注射剂应用情况分析

目的：评估开封市第二中医院中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2006—2009年中药注射剂的品种数、用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均用药金额进行统计、分析。结果：2006—2009年中药注射剂的消耗金额呈上升趋势,消耗金额排名前10位药品的消耗过于集中,对中药注射剂总消耗状况有重要影响;日均费用较高品种的消耗金额与DDDs的排序比值小于1。结论：我院中药注射剂的用量在快速增长;中药注射剂的监管应重视其DDDs排序。

Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Our Hospital During 2006-2009

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital for references of clinical rational administration.METHODS：The utilization data of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,defined daily dose（DDDs） and the average daily drug cost（DDC）.RESULTS：The annual consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injections showed an increasing trend in our hospital during 2006-2009,and the consumption sum of the top 10 traditional Chinese medicine injections showed a extremely higher proportion,which had a great impact on a total consumption of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Moreover,the order ratios of consumption sum to DDDs of those drugs with high average daily costs were less than one（〈1）.CONCLUSION：The consumption quantity of traditional Chinese medicine injections experienced a rapid increase.Great importance should be attached to the DDDs order of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
